Friendswood ISD is “on the bus”

-School bus advertising helps district raise funds-

Friendswood Independent School District joined with Steep Creek Media earlier this year to offer school bus advertising in order to raise revenue for the district. The district recently made a commercial to market the program and bring in more advertisers.

The bus advertising program with Steep Creek Media is the first of its kind in the area. It provides an innovative way to generate revenue for school districts while benefiting businesses as well.

Friendswood ISD looking for Heroes in the Community

Friendswood Independent School District is marketing its school bus advertising program through commercials on the district’s television channel and website. The district hopes to draw in potential advertisers through the commercial, which debuts next week.

FISD took on the school bus advertising program earlier this year in an effort to enhance revenue without resorting to raised taxes and additional cut-backs.

Goodson Honda Bus Sighting in Beaumont TX

What a nice surprise, one of our Goodson Honda School Buses were seen by Cynthia Calvert in Beaumont at about 2pm on 12/19/09! Many of our clients have received the added benefit of having their 7 ft school bus billboard travel to other areas for an even further reach in addition to the targeted approach of visiting certain areas.

Rocky McCullough of Goodson Honda said this about the school bus advertising program, “This program offers Goodson Honda a great way to support public education. We want to support Humble ISD in every way possible.”
